When salespeople don't open on time while looking at the customers waiting behind the door, I find that it's not very professional. Or maybe the store doesn't need customers, too bad we were ready to invest, so my children directed me to a site on the internet. Why are the stores closing? I'm making the effort and that's it. Hopeless.

I would like to point out that this message is not aimed at the people who work here but at the company itself and its dishonesty. My parents, who do not have much knowledge of computers and the high-tech world, bought a computer for my little sister at the beginning of December as a gift for her birthday. Two weeks later, my sister carefully opened it. this by only cutting the tape to open the laptop box to see directly that it was not what she wanted. She then closes the box without even having touched the contents inside it. 10 days later, this Tuesday, December 26 (because we all work in commerce and the Christmas period is busy so no free time), I accompany him to LDLC to be able to return the item in order to order the one that she wanted via LDLC directly, and when explaining the situation to the seller, he told me that the computer is now considered a "used product" while it has not even been - what was taken out of its case, only the cardboard tape was cut cleanly, and therefore there was no possibility of reimbursement or even of using this NEW product as a credit for an order from the store itself . I find this incredibly dishonest towards customers, knowing that we are talking about a product costing half a thousand euros. Once again, this opinion does not directly concern the people in the store but the store and the LDLC brand itself.

Very warm welcome, pleasant and smiling staff, we feel comfortable and listened to by people who are truly passionate about what they do when we call or go to the store directly, I have personally never been disappointed despite the fact that my PC (a year ago) had been maintained for a little longer because the store had been ransacked, but the staff was able to apologize (even if it was not their fault) and then well, we have to admit that it was just bad luck and not their fault of course. As said above, however, I have never had a bad experience whether ordering on their website or in store directly! Once again highly recommended and I always know where to go for my IT needs because the quantity of products available to order is second to none! Keep it up and we will always come back with a smile!

First of all, I would like to personally thank the entire team (salespeople and fitters included) for their welcome and for all the discussions we have together! I bought a PC in this store in August, after several discussions about this new configuration. Well already, they all took the time to answer my questions, even after the store closing time! Then they were very professional, pleasant, in short the best of the best :) Let's move on to editing. In reality, there is nothing to say except that it is extremely clean, the cable management is excellent, the configuration is perfect and works wonderfully! Nothing is missing (I checked wanting to install an additional SSD), everything is up to date... In short, impeccable work! A confidence that will continue because in addition to the overall satisfaction, the staff is really great!! You will have understood, I am really happy, it is a very good store, always been satisfied with LDLC, go for it only happiness!! Finally, a big thank you to the whole team!
